Window production doesn't happen in a day. It's measured, drawn, cut, assembled, installed — and at every stage you know who's responsible. Here's the real flow, not a marketing slideshow.

Site visit and measurement
A craftsman comes to you within 24–48 hours. The opening is checked with a laser measure. We look at wall deflection, water-drain angles, opening flatness — all of it matters at install.
After measurement, a photo report is prepared. You receive a PDF spec — width, height, depth — in the same format the configurator uses.

Design and drafting
Your configurator choices + the craftsman's measurements go into CAD. We verify the thermal break, hardware compatibility, opening correction — before any production starts.
Usually 1–2 days. Complex projects (4m+ panoramic, bay windows) take 3–4 days.

Profile delivery
Aluminium ships from Alumil's Tbilisi warehouse. PVC from the Rehau branch. Lead time — 5–8 business days from order confirmation.
Delivered profile is indexed separately for your site. It doesn't get mixed with anyone else's order.

Cutting and machining
Numerically controlled cuts at 45° or 90°, then hand-finishing. Water-drain channels are routed; hardware holes drilled by hand from a template.
Every piece is marked with your order number — hardware holes never get mixed across windows.

Window assembly
Frame is bolted together; corners are heat-welded. Hardware follows — handle, latch, lock, thermal silicone seal around the perimeter.
One craftsman works on one window at a time — not a conveyor. It's slower, but there's no alternative to hardware precision.

Glazing and QA
Low-E or triplex glass arrives from the Gori facility as a pre-assembled IGU. It's set into the frame; seal tightness is verified.
Every assembled window goes through QA: warp test, lock test, thermal-seal visual inspection. Sign-off on the inspection sheet by the craftsman.

Installation at your site
Our installer — never an outside crew. Arrives in the workshop van. Old window removed, new one fitted, thermal silicone perimeter, water-drain check.
Installation in Batumi is free. Kobuleti/Ozurgeti/Kutaisi — only the delivery cost the configurator computes from your address.
