What the warranty covers

We come to check
A craftsman is on site within 48 hours in Batumi, 5 days regionally. A photo report is prepared.

We fix it
If it's within warranty — free. If not — we tell you the price up front, then proceed.
Batumi climate — a specific requirement
Black Sea humidity, 1,200+ mm of annual rainfall, salt breeze — these are a window's enemies. So we use weathered hardware versions and UV-stable, salt-resistant thermal silicone. This isn't an opt-in — it's our standard.
A short care guide
- 01Frame — clean with mild soap water and a soft cloth. Never abrasives or acetone.
- 02Hardware — once a year, one drop of machine oil into the cylindrical hinge.
- 03Glass — regular glass cleaner. The Low-E coating is on the inside — outside cleaning doesn't affect it.
- 04Thermal silicone seal — visual check every 5–7 years. If it's deteriorating, call us.
